3. Consider a pre-listing inspection. If you get an inspection before you list your home, you can take care of all the little things before buyers even see the property.
4. Deep clean. When you do this, you get rid of odors you didn’t even know existed. A professional cleaning company will go a long way toward making your home feel new.
